What we do with our lives has significance.
Daniel was a good steward of his crisis.
Instead of complaining or saying its not fair etc he allowed his crisis to be a compass that pointed to God!

How to survive and thrive in the midst of difficult times:

Accept the Fact that Life is Out of Your Control ~
Maybe you're going through a crisis that you cannot do anything about - Accept that and turn to God for help.
2.
Develop Your Knowledge of God ~
I don't understand what God is doing in my life right now. But I know God and he can be trusted.
We want God to solve our problems…
…God wants to use our problems to find Him.
How? Bible, Spirit's Direction

Take the Risk of Faith
Learning → Testing → Experiencing → Believing
The more we act on correct knowledge the stronger our faith becomes.

God is our refuge - but there are times when we need a place of safety. A hope and strength franchise - that's the church!
